Privacy policy
How DAXION Group AB processes information when you use the website and the Zhyrana Partner or Affiliate programmes.
Controller and contact
DAXION Group AB, company registration number 559407-7751, Almvägen 29Q, 191 41 Sollentuna, Sweden, is controller for programme administration. Send privacy and programme questions to service@zhyrana.com or use Programme support.
Programme application and participation
We process account and contact details, business or personal identity, authority and F-tax/VAT information, application and version-bound terms acceptance, referral and coarse status information, and security and audit records. Bank, tax and accounting evidence is not collected merely to apply, and authoritative information already available is reused where appropriate.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used for steps requested before and performance of the programme terms, for legitimate interests in programme security, fraud prevention, auditability and legal claims after balancing affected rights, and to meet accounting, tax, sanctions and other legal obligations.
Referral parameters
The governed referral code is received by a first-party function over TLS, removed from the visible address after server handling and never disclosed to analytics, advertising, behavioural-tracking or third-party scripts. Unknown, inactive, expired and malformed values are handled without revealing programme status.
Accounting and reward information
For Swedish businesses and F-tax participants, F-tax, VAT and payment details plus approval, correction and evidence for DAXION-issued self-billing may be collected progressively when required. For private Affiliates, legal identity, personal or coordination number, payment details, withholding, employer reporting/AGI, remuneration statements and accounting evidence may be processed when required.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and the operational hosting, authentication, communications, payment, accounting and advisory providers actually required may process information under contract and appropriate safeguards. Transfers outside the EU/EEA occur only where a valid transfer mechanism and required safeguards apply.
Retention
Only information that is accounting information under the Swedish Accounting Act is retained through the seventh year after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. Other programme data is retained only for its purpose under a shorter GDPR-aligned schedule, except for documented legal holds or unresolved claims.
Rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, portability. Contact service@zhyrana.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Enquiry form, Web Chat and email
Information in the website’s ordinary contact channels is used to answer the enquiry and operate the accepted customer conversation. It does not automatically create programme membership or a binding agreement.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with Enhanced Measurement to understand visits, page views, navigation, scrolling, outbound links and technical website performance. Analytics may include the page address after any raw referral code has been removed, time, device and browser information, and approximate geography. Contact form, Web Chat and email contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
Consent, recipients and retention
Analytics storage is disabled until you make a choice. If you consent, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. DAXION Group AB is controller and Google Ireland Limited provides the analytics service; processing within the Google group may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA subject to applicable safeguards. Analytics user and event data is retained for 14 months. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals remain disabled. You may change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings.
