Zhyrana Affiliate is for individuals and businesses that want to recommend Zhyrana Receptionist to suitable businesses without participating as a professional Zhyrana Partner.
Once your application is accepted, use the authenticated programme portal for your stable referral identity, active code or link, referrals and reward progress. Zhyrana then handles sales, contracting, onboarding, operation and support.

How it works

Apply in the programme portal
Create or reuse one Zhyrana account, verify your email and accept the applicable versioned terms. Eligible applications receive an immediate decision; only exceptions go to manual review.

Use your governed code or link
An accepted Affiliate uses the authenticated programme portal for the stable referral identity, active code or link, to submit referrals and follow reward progress. Attribution is persisted through Zhyrana’s governed process, not advertising cookies or multi-touch tracking.

Zhyrana takes care of the Client
Zhyrana handles sales, contracting, onboarding, service and support.

Monthly payouts
Payment is eligible when the business has stayed for the first four consecutive months where the official 30-day trial period is month 1. The business must have paid for the services in full before the fourth month’s fee, after any discounts, is paid to you. The fee is normally SEK 3,000.
A QUALIFYING REFERRAL
The reward
For each referred business that becomes a qualified Zhyrana Receptionist Client, the approved Affiliate may receive one one-time reward equal to that Client’s applicable contracted recurring fixed monthly Zhyrana Receptionist fee in service month 4, after any legitimate recurring contractual discount.
The reward basis excludes VAT or other tax, variable usage, setup fees, one-off charges, unrelated add-ons, provider-cost markup and every other non-fixed-fee invoice line. There is no recurring, lifetime or multi-level commission, and only one referrer can receive a reward.
How a referral is attributed to you
You must first be registered in an approved participating state or a governed payout/accounting-hold state. Zhyrana then issues the programme’s stable referral identity and active code or link. The referral must be registered under the terms, and Zhyrana’s governed attribution determines the single referrer to whom it belongs.
Payment and eligibility
Verified Swedish legal entities and Swedish sole traders with F-tax can become eligible after the terms and evidence are approved. Private individuals and foreign participants may participate under a governed payout and accounting hold while identity, tax and accounting are reviewed. A hold is neither rejection nor permission to pay.
A REFERRAL IS NOT DATA ACCESS
No access to the client’s confidential data
Being the referring Affiliate does not provide access to the referred client’s conversations, bookings, Knowledge, business data or other confidential Zhyrana information.

Reward and Client price
Zhyrana may pay the Affiliate a one-time referral reward if the referred business becomes a qualified Zhyrana Receptionist Client under the programme terms. The reward does not change the price Zhyrana charges the referred Client.
Disclosure and conflicts
The Affiliate must disclose the reward where law, professional rules, contract, or the circumstances require disclosure of a commercial interest. A participant must not describe itself as independent where the reward creates a relevant disclosure or conflict-of-interest duty.
Role, authority and no guaranteed reward
The Affiliate introduces the prospective Client but has no authority to contract, make binding promises, or otherwise act for Zhyrana. No reward is guaranteed until all qualification and accounting conditions have been satisfied and approved.
Privacy and data
Submit only the information needed for a legitimate introduction and use Zhyrana’s approved process. A referral does not give the Affiliate access to the Client’s conversations, end-customer data, Billing, payments, Stripe data, configuration, Knowledge, or internal qualification information.
Self-referral, fraud and duplicate attribution
Self-referrals, misleading or fraudulent information, and duplicate claims for the same referral are prohibited. Zhyrana’s governed attribution and decisions control the programme.
Evidence before payment or setoff
Payment or setoff requires correct identity and the tax and accounting evidence applicable to the participant, approved through Zhyrana’s governed process. Qualification alone does not mean that a reward is payable or paid. Private individuals and foreign participants may be subject to specific accounting review and a hold before payment.
