Programme help
For questions about the Partner or Affiliate programme, your application or how the programme works, contact Zhyrana. Do not send bank details, a raw referral code or unnecessary personal data.
Privacy requests
Contact us about access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or another programme privacy request.
Suspected code or account compromise
Tell us promptly if you suspect that an account or referral identity has been exposed or used without authority. Do not include the raw code in the message.
Suspension review
Request human review if your programme membership has been suspended. Programme support does not disclose internal fraud, reason, Client or qualification information.
Voluntary closure
You may ask to close a programme membership. Closure stops new programme activity but does not erase history that must be retained for legal, security, audit, tax or accounting purposes.
